Tim McHughes founded Express Portable Toilets in 1998 with just one truck and a handful of porta potties. He finally got a website in 2003 and growth has been steady ever since. Now boasting hundreds of trucks and thousands of potties, we still keep a customer centric focus that has served us so well. We keep several mantras to maintain this focus:

- Treat small one-time rental customers the same as any other customer
- Take ownership and pride in the product, keep the porta potties clean and in perfect working condition after every rental
- Keep a positive attitude and it will pour over to other employees and most importantly to our clients
While we are still led by our founder Tim McHughes, we have a great executive team that averages over ten years of experience in the liquid waste or rental industries. Some of us have MBA's, others joined Express Portable Toilets right out of high school, others have owned their own businesses prior to joining, but we all come together with a unified vision to be the best toilet rental company we can be. To make sure our ideals hold strong as we continue to grow after fifteen years, our new employees undergo extensive training to make them the most knowledgeable and helpful staff you will come across. This also leads to dozens of cost efficiencies that we happily pass on to our customers. We know we are not the sum of our inventory and client list, we are the sum of the people on our fantastic team.
